President Obama is fit. How do you compare ? 
  
As we watch Barack Obama take office, we can learn some lessons that will help us all be healthier in 2009.     
   
The presidents personal health choices have recently drawn praise from Mens Fitness Magazine, who have named him one of this years 25 Fittest Guys in America for avoiding fatty foods and beginning most days with a vigorous aerobic workout.    
  
Both Barack and Michelle Obama get points for their devotion to exercise. He works out for 90 mins, 6-7 days a week and during the presidential campaign he trained for 45 days straight. She exercises for 90 minutes three times a week, favoring the stair-stepper and spin bike.   
(It is rumoured president Obama becomes grouchy without his daily workout)   
  
 So if President Obama can fit a workout in to his busy day,so can you.
